We'll be taking the #ChangeZara campaign to the streets during NYC's Labor Day parade. Zara workers, RAP members, and community allies will be rallying in front of the Zara at 5th Ave and 52nd Street. We'll be meeting up at 11 am.
Families and Flexibility Conference

NYC Comptroller Scott Stringer is hosting a conference on Monday, September 29th from 8.30 am – 12 pm on redefining work-life balance for our changing workforce and workplaces. Carrie Nathan, a member of the Retail Action Project and RWDSU Local 1-S, will speak on a panel moderated by Steve Greenhouse and Rachel Swarns of the New York Times. Come to discuss your experiences with flexibility in the workplace and strategize about how workers -- especially women -- can have greater predictability, more control over their time, and enough hours to live on.
