  • Reasonable availability instead of mandated open availability
  • The right to request time off
  • Paid sick days


Work without discrimination

  • Equal wages, benefits, promotions and schedules for women, workers of color, and LGBT workers
  • Equal opportunity for pregnant workers and caregivers


Access affordable benefits

  • Equal wages, benefits, and promotions for part-time workers
  • Earn full-time benefits if working full-time hours
